MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Welcome to EKORR. These Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) govern paid memberships offered by EKORR and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By purchasing, activating, or maintaining an EKORR membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms.

1. ABOUT EKORR MEMBERSHIP

EKORR is a personal-development and community platform created to help members grow through education, accountability, resources, challenges, community participation, and access to other programs and opportunities offered by EKORR.

Membership benefits may vary depending on the membership level selected.

EKORR currently offers membership options that may include:

Standard Membership – $25 per month

Premium Membership – $50 per month

The specific benefits included with each membership level will be displayed on the EKORR website, membership platform, or checkout page.

EKORR may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual membership features as the community evolves.

2. RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

EKORR memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize EKORR and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for your applicable membership fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your membership.

Your membership will generally renew on or around the same date each billing cycle.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method associated with your membership.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES

Current membership prices will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Membership fees may be subject to applicable taxes or other charges when required by law.

EKORR reserves the right to change membership pricing in the future.

If the price of an existing recurring membership is changed, EKORR will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price is charged.

4. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your EKORR membership at any time through the available membership or account settings or by following the cancellation instructions provided by EKORR.

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by EKORR, cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid billing period.

You may continue to have access to applicable membership benefits through the remainder of the period for which you have already paid.

After your membership period ends, access to member-only areas, programs, resources, or benefits may be removed.

5. REFUNDS

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law or where EKORR expressly states otherwise.

Canceling your membership prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for a membership period that has already been paid.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact EKORR promptly so that we can review the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND BENEFITS

Different EKORR membership levels may provide different benefits, resources, access, opportunities, or features.

Benefits may include, depending on the membership level:

Educational and personal-development resources
Community access
Accountability activities
Challenges
Member discussions
Digital resources or downloads
Special programs or events
Opportunities to participate in EKORR initiatives
Other benefits identified by EKORR

Not every program, opportunity, event, resource, or benefit will necessarily be included with every membership level.

The membership description presented at the time of enrollment will identify the primary benefits associated with your selected membership.

7. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS MAY CHANGE

EKORR is a growing community, and our programs and resources may evolve over time.

We may add, modify, replace, improve, or discontinue individual membership features when reasonably necessary to improve the community, respond to member needs, comply with legal requirements, or operate EKORR effectively.

We will not intentionally represent a material membership benefit as available when we know it is not available.

8. COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS

EKORR may periodically create programs designed to provide assistance, resources, awards, opportunities, giveaways, emergency support, or other benefits to eligible members or members of the community.

Paying for an EKORR membership does not guarantee that you will receive financial assistance, emergency assistance, an award, a prize, employment, funding, or any other particular benefit.

Individual programs may have separate eligibility requirements, applications, selection processes, limits, rules, or availability requirements.

Approval or selection may depend on available resources, funding, eligibility criteria, program rules, and other factors determined by EKORR.

Membership should not be purchased solely with the expectation of receiving financial assistance or another specific award or benefit.

9. CHALLENGES, REWARDS, AND GIVEAWAYS

EKORR may periodically offer challenges, recognition programs, rewards, contests, giveaways, or other community activities.

Participation may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, or selection criteria.

Participation in an EKORR challenge does not guarantee that a member will receive a prize, payment, reward, or other benefit unless specifically stated in the applicable program rules.

Where legally required, official rules or additional terms will be provided for a particular promotion.

10. MEMBER ACCOUNT

Your membership is intended for your personal use.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide your membership account or login credentials to another person without authorization from EKORR.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Please notify EKORR if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

11. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

EKORR is intended to provide a supportive environment for growth, accountability, education, and community.

Members are expected to interact respectfully with other members, EKORR staff, founders, guests, instructors, and community partners.

Members may not use EKORR to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person
Engage in hateful or discriminatory conduct
Commit or promote fraud or unlawful activity
Spam or repeatedly solicit other members without authorization
Attempt to obtain private information from other members improperly
Share another member's private information without permission
Impersonate another person
Distribute malicious or harmful content
Disrupt EKORR programs or community spaces
Misuse EKORR resources
Copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected EKORR content without permission

12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

EKORR may suspend or terminate a membership when a member materially violates these Membership Terms, our Terms & Conditions, community rules, or applicable law.

EKORR may also take action when reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment abuse, threats, harassment, security concerns, misuse of EKORR resources, or conduct that materially harms the EKORR community.

Immediate suspension may occur when reasonably necessary to protect members, EKORR, or the security of our services.

Any refund associated with a terminated membership will be determined in accordance with these Membership Terms and applicable law.

13. PAYMENT FAILURES

If a recurring membership payment is declined, expired, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, access to some or all membership benefits may be temporarily restricted or suspended.

EKORR or its payment processor may provide an opportunity to update your payment information.

If payment is not successfully completed, the membership may be canceled.

14. THIRD-PARTY MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM

EKORR may use third-party platforms to host portions of its membership community, educational content, payments, communications, events, or other services.

Use of those services may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices.

Temporary outages or technical problems involving third-party services may occasionally affect access to EKORR membership features.

15. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

EKORR provides education, resources, community support, and personal-development information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EKORR does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Members remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

When professional advice is needed, members should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Joining EKORR does not guarantee a particular personal, financial, professional, business, employment, credit, educational, or other outcome.

EKORR provides tools, resources, education, accountability, and community support, but results vary from person to person.

Your results may depend on your individual circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, consistency, and actions.

Testimonials and member success stories describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

17. EKORR CONTENT AND MATERIALS

Membership may provide access to EKORR educational materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, challenges, courses, presentations, graphics, written materials, and other proprietary content.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for the member's personal, noncommercial use.

Membership does not transfer ownership of EKORR intellectual property to the member.

Members may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, share publicly, or commercially exploit protected EKORR materials without written authorization.

18. COMMUNICATIONS

Members may receive communications necessary to administer their membership, including information regarding billing, account access, programs, community activities, policy changes, and other membership-related matters.

Members may also receive promotional communications where permitted by law and may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the applicable unsubscribe option.

Certain administrative or transactional communications may still be sent while a membership remains active.

19. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with your membership is handled according to the EKORR Privacy Policy.

Members should review the Privacy Policy available on the EKORR website.

20. CHANGES TO THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

EKORR may update these Membership Terms as our membership program, services, technology, or legal obligations change.

When material changes affect an existing recurring membership, notice will be provided when required by applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when these Membership Terms were most recently revised.

21. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER EKORR TERMS

These Membership Terms supplement EKORR's general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If separate terms or official rules apply to a particular event, promotion, challenge, assistance program, product, or service, those additional terms may also apply to your participation in that specific program.
